I’m a machine learning scientist with a PhD in Physics. My work has taken me from astronomical images to medical imaging and multimodal oncology AI.
Experience

Working with multimodal AI for imaging and genomic data, including foundation model training, efficient distributed training, and LLM agentic systems for oncology. The aim is to help improve patient outcomes.

Worked with CT and MRI medical images on automated tumor assessment and agentic applications for clinical trials.

Developed large vision and self-supervised learning models and supported AWS infrastructure for this work.

Studied astronomical images, built machine-learning models for them, and developed real-time GPU pipelines for radio astronomy.
